Shipping policy

• Well Reflection Pty. Ltd. uses Amazon Au delivery network to deliver your order.
• Standard delivery time is between 3 - 8 working days depending on the delivery destination.
• We aim at organising your delivery on the day of your order.
• We cannot deliver to PO Box.
• We offer FREE shipping within Australia.
• Ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel or let us know if the courier is permitted to leave the parcel.
• Email us at sales@wellreflection.com.au for any issues with delivery.

Return policy

• You may cancel your order on the day you placed the order. You must email us at sales@wellreflection.com.au for the cancellation. If you have paid for the order and it is not yet dispatched, you will receive full refund upon cancellation. Please follow below return policy if the item has been dispatched.
• At Well Reflection, we are committed to provide you with the highest quality products and services. We offer change of mind refund within 30 days of the purchase. To receive refund, good must be: 1) Purchased within 30 days. 2) Unopened and unused in original packaging. 3) The original packaging in original condition.
• The item will be return at your own expense. We will contact you for return charges. Our team will organise courier for pick up and send you return label to be attached on the original packaging. We will refund full amount minus return charge once we have received the product and deemed it met our return conditions.

You may return any faulty product within 7 days of receiving the item. We gladly provide full refund and organise courier for pick up. Please email photos and descriptions of damage to sales@wellreflection.com.au for return.
